What’s included

• Pre-install site check and TDS baseline reading

• Neat inlet connection with shut-off valve, food-grade tubing, and tidy routing

• Faucet/dispensing setup if required for your layout (no clutter; clean finishes)

• Power-up, device calibration (UltraOsmosis™), and app pairing/Walkthrough

• Pressure test, first flush, and taste check

• Care tips, filter-life guidance, and do/don’t list

• Workspace protection, clean-up, and courteous handover

What we need from you

• Clear access to the sink/base cabinet or chosen location

• Live ½” water inlet and a 230V socket within ~1.5 m

• Permission for a neat hole (only if your layout requires it)

• Typical duration: 60–90 minutes

• Workmanship guarantee on installation; standard product warranty applies (filters/consumables excluded)
