What the visit includes

On-site diagnosis and safety checks

TDS, flow-rate, and leak inspection

Minor fixes that do not need spare parts (tightening, O-rings, calibration)

Health report for filters and recommendations

Clean-up and courteous handover
What is not included

Filters, membranes, pumps, faucets, tubing, and other consumables or spare parts

Plumbing or electrical work beyond the purifier connections

Damage caused by misuse, third-party service, or non-Boon accessories
No-fault or no-repair cases
If the issue is due to external factors (no water supply, faulty socket, low pressure, etc.), the Visit & Diagnosis fee still applies. We will document the finding and suggest next steps.
Booking and payment

Book via our website or customer care.

Pay by UPI, card, or net-banking. A GST invoice is provided.

Free reschedule up to 2 hours before your slot. Late cancellation fee ₹199.

If you hold an active AMC or Extended Care plan, your plan terms apply instead of these rates.

Standard product warranty terms remain unchanged. Filters and consumables are never covered under warranty.
